Department of Special Divisions

At the disposal of the High Command the DSD is an umbrella structure of distinct organizations grouped for ease of administration.  Under the DSD are the RCSG (Rift Control Study Group) , Comandoes, Spies, and Special Forces as well as the new Cyborg and Juicer Divisions.
