ISS Inspectors

The ISS Inspectors are the common police force of the ISS hierarchy.  They handle robbery, murder, narcotics, kidnappings, sex-crimes and white collar crime.  They have precincts throughout all C.S. cities and civilian fortresses.  They have no psychics amongst their ranks and defer any such needs to the Psi-Net.
