Internal Security Specialists

The ISS are the Coalition's police force.  They work under a structure almost identical to that of the C.S. military.  The ranks are the same, the training is similar, and the dedication is identical.  They handle everything that one would expect from a police force and then some.  The ISS is broken into three parts to deal with certain crimes.  There are the ISS Inspectors, the NTSET, and the Psi-Net.
