Naval Advisory Commission

The NAC handles the job of fighting piracy and monsters on the Great Lakes, and naval operations off of Lone Star in the Gulf of Mexico.  Currently the NAC is to be removed from the DSD and turned into the seperate military organization of the Department of the Navy (DON).
