Non-human Tactical Strike & Eradication Team

The Net-Set is a quasi-police force that operates within the Coalition cities as hunters and killers of d-bees, monsters, and magic users.  They have broad sweeping powers and answer only to themselves.  In their jurisdictions no one is untouchable to the Net-Set.  Neither money, power, nor friends in high places can save someone suspected of harbouring non-humans or magic users.  The Net-Set is incorruptible and cannot be bought, blackmailed, or intimidated.  They literally stare into the jaws of death and the pits of hell and laugh how can anything else shake them?  They are the "Witch Finder General" and the Gestapo rolled into one.
