Psychic Battalion

The Psi-Bat consists of psychic humans (72%), Psi-Hounds (18%), Psi-Stalkers (8%), and non-psionic humans (2%).  Psi-Bat is a seperate force unlike the ISS or NTSET or PRP operatives although human psychics, Psi-Hounds and Psi-Stalkers are members of those operations as well.  All human members are given special clearance and registration with the military, but do NOT participate in the civilian PRP nor are they given IC.
